المملكة: 800 agreements and 150 thousand visitors at the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 1447 AH


Embraces in its fifth edition, under the slogan "From Mecca to the World,” organized by the Ministry of in cooperation with the Program for Serving the Guests of the Most Merciful.

The event constitutes a global platform that brings together experts, specialists, and representatives of countries and organizations, with the aim of reviewing the latest solutions and innovations in the Hajj system and enhancing integration between technology, construction, and people in serving the Guests of the Most Merciful, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Hajj Conference and Exhibition 1447 AH

The official spokesman for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Ghassan, confirmed Al-Nuaimi said that the conference and exhibition are not limited to being a global interface to highlight the services provided to the guests of God, but rather they constitute an essential station in the process of early preparations for the Hajj season 1447 AH. This came during the press briefing of the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition.

Dr. Al-Nuwaimi said that the conference in its current version will witness many workshops and bilateral meetings between partners to coordinate operational roles and review new projects that contribute to raising the efficiency of services and improving the experience of pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims.

He explained that the conference has attracted more than 450,000 visitors over the past four years, and is expected to receive more than 150,000 visitors this year. From various countries of the world, reflecting the Kingdom’s position as a global center for developing the Hajj and Umrah system.

According to the numbers announced by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Hajj and Umrah Exhibition 2025 includes: (143 sessions and workshops – 270 exhibitors – and more than 150 thousand expected visitors – and 800 agreements and partnerships – And 150 participating countries.

In addition to 225 speakers from various specializations – and an exhibition area exceeding 60 thousand square meters – and 18 vital sectors within the Hajj and Umrah system – 3 main paths and 12 specialized axes

Al-Nawaimi stressed that these numbers express the continuous expansion in the scope of international participation, and confirm the Kingdom’s ability to attract minds and expertise to develop the Hajj system in a manner befitting the status of the Two Holy Mosques. The Two Holy Mosques.

A historic forum documenting the legacy of the Two Holy Mosques

Within the framework of the conference activities, the King Abdulaziz House is organizing in cooperation with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Program for Serving the Guests of God, "“Forum on the History of Hajj and the Two Holy Mosques” in the Jeddah Super Dome.

This comes with the generous support and guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the King Abdulaziz Foundation, and the direct interest of Mr. Turki bin Muhammad Al-Shuwaier, CEO of the Foundation.

The official spokesman for the Foundation, King Abdulaziz Sultan Al-Awairidhi, explained that the forum comes to highlight the historical and organizational efforts The great contribution that the Kingdom has provided in the service of the Two Holy Mosques throughout the ages, and to document the architectural and cultural transformations witnessed by the Holy Sites.

He stressed that the forum is a unique knowledge platform that brings together researchers and specialists to provide modern visions about the history of Hajj that serve education, media and scientific research.

Caring for the Two Holy Mosques

He added that the event includes an accompanying exhibition entitled "“One Hundred Years of Caring for the Two Holy Mosques,” presents a rich visual and historical journey through original documents, rare photos, manuscripts, and archaeological collectibles, in an experience that reflects the depth of Saudi interest in serving the Two Holy Mosques and documenting their history.

Al-Awirdi pointed out that the King Abdulaziz House, through this forum, confirms its mission to preserve and document national and Islamic history, and make the Two Holy Mosques a scientific and cultural beacon that highlights the image.

The Hajj conference and exhibition reflects the comprehensiveness of the Hajj and Umrah system through the participation of multiple sectors including transportation, communications, health, catering, hotels, technology, insurance, crowd management, and logistics services, in addition to initiatives from the non-profit sector that provide innovative and sustainable solutions in serving pilgrims and Umrah performers.

More than 80 dialogue sessions and 60 workshops. Work

The general program of the conference also includes more than 80 dialogue sessions and 60 specialized workshops, in which academics, researchers and representatives of pilgrims’ affairs offices participate, benefiting more than 2,400 trainees from inside and outside the Kingdom.

The conference in its fifth edition comes as an extension of the success achieved by the previous edition, which attracted more than 120,000 visitors and 220 exhibitors from 137 countries.
