Rifaad is preparing for its participation in Cityscape International 2025
The Rifad for Investment and Real Estate Development, the real estate arm of Al-Qahtani Holding Group, at the Cityscape International 2025 exhibition, which will be held from November 17 to 20 in the capital, Riyadh, through its booth No. D51. In the fourth hall, where it displays its renewed urban vision, and presents models of its integrated projects, including the “Merav District” project in the city of Al-Khobar and “Markan Quarter,” as they are the most prominent of its upcoming projects.
During its participation, Rifaad officially launches the “Merav District” project as a mixed-use urban destination that redefines the lifestyle in the Eastern Region, through an integrated environment that combines housing, work, entertainment, and services in one urban experience. The company will also open early registration for those interested, in addition to announcing the signing of agreements with leading companies in the field.
The Rifaad pavilion at the exhibition offers an interactive experience that introduces visitors to its future projects through models and interactive visual displays that highlight the concepts of quality of life and urban integration. The pavilion also constitutes a window for communication with investors, government agencies, developers, and those interested in the real estate development sector in the Kingdom.
