المملكة: Urgent: In implementation of the King’s call… the dates for holding the rain prayer in all regions are Thursday
In implementation of what the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect and preserve him – called for, establishing Establishing the rain prayer when there is a need to descend Rain, in a circular issued today, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance specified the times for holding the rain prayer in mosques in all regions of the Kingdom.
The Ministry directed its branches to adopt the prayer being held 15 minutes after sunrise, according to the Umm al-Qura calendar.
All preparations completed
The Ministry also completed its preparations and all the work and procedures necessary to hold the rain prayer in the designated mosques in the various regions and governorates of the Kingdom. It has completed preparing the sites where the prayer will be held with everything it needs to be ready to receive the worshipers.
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs urged everyone to perform this blessed Prophetic Sunnah, repent and seek forgiveness frequently, return to God Almighty, be kind to His servants, and increase voluntary acts of worship, following the Sunnah of the Messenger of God – may God bless him and grant him peace.
