"Emirates Driving School" Expect a number of memorandums of understanding to enhance cooperation in smart mobility

Among the partnerships is a memorandum of understanding with K2, which aims to enhance innovation and automation of transportation systems in line with the UAE’s vision for the future of transportation and autonomous driving systems. The step comes within the framework of the company’s commitment to support the transition towards sustainable and smart transportation systems by developing innovative initiatives and encouraging the integration of electric and self-driving vehicles within the integrated transportation system in the country.
As part of the strategic integration to develop the mobility sector, Emirates Driving Education has concluded a number of memorandums of understanding with technology companies specialized in unique sectors in the field of smart mobility, in line with the smart mobility strategy that crystallized development frameworks in this sector at the local and regional levels.
The company signed a memorandum of understanding with the company “Vcharge” aiming to establish a joint venture called “Charge Point” to equip vehicle charging stations and their technology. It also signed a strategic partnership with “Performise Labs”, an Emirati company that provides artificial intelligence solutions based on computer vision technology, which aims to automate all theoretical and practical training systems and tests. The company also concluded a memorandum of understanding with Drive Terra, which aims to raise investment capital to support the implementation of vehicle battery replacement sites.
