Sophie Gregoire Trudeau, Justin Trudeau’s ex-wife, has spoken out about his life in public after their 2023 split, including rumors of his relationship with Katy Perry.

The motivational speaker shared how she deals with the life of the former Canadian Prime Minister in front of the public amid rumors of his love affair with the American star.

“We are human, and things affect us,” she told Arlene Dickinson during the “Arlene Alone” podcast. “How you react to things is your decision. So I choose to listen to music instead of noise.”

While Arlene did not mention Katie, 41, by name, the “Dragons’ Den” star referred to the “fame of what Justin does” after he joked about his post-breakup relationship with Sophie. But with the politician seemingly getting closer to the ‘Roar’ singer – who recently took their relationship official on social media – Sophie is focusing on her personal growth.

She added, “I fully realize that many public matters may motivate me,” noting that “the woman I will become through this decision is my decision.”
