Stopping the implementation of a ruling obligating “Milan” to pay 17.88 million riyals to “Yara International”
Malan Iron Products Company announced the issuance of a ruling by the Commercial Court in Riyadh in the company’s registered case against Yara International Company Limited, halting the implementation of the ruling issued against Malan Iron Products Company, obligating it to pay Yara International Company Limited an amount of (17,880,970) riyals, until the end of consideration of the issue of nullifying the contract.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"This ruling is subject to expedited enforcement.
The company had received, on July 20, a notification of the registration of a commercial lawsuit filed by Yara International Company Limited with the Commercial Court in Riyadh, and the ruling issued in the case obliging Mullan Iron Products Company to pay the plaintiff an amount of (17,880,970) riyals.
Mullan Iron Products Company announced that on 11/16/2025 AD, A preliminary ruling was issued to stay the implementation of the ruling issued against Malan Company until the case of nullifying the contract is decided.
