Dubai Police owns the fastest drone in the world, at a speed of 580 km/h

The Dubai Police General Command achieved a new qualitative achievement that confirms its global leadership in security innovation, by registering the drone, developed by its “Unmanned Aircraft Systems Center,” a Guinness World Record as “the fastest drone in the world,” at a speed of 580 kilometers per hour.
The project reflects the ability of Dubai Police to continue its leadership role in research and development in the field of drone technologies, and to adopt advanced solutions that contribute to enhancing security and safety, developing rapid response systems, and improving the readiness of field work teams.
The drone was developed in cooperation between the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Center at Dubai Police and Luke Bell and Mike Bell, within the framework of research and technical partnerships that push the boundaries of innovation in the airspace, and demonstrate the advanced capabilities possessed by Dubai Police in implementing projects of a global nature.
Dubai Police confirmed its contribution to supporting Dubai’s vision aimed at strengthening its position as a capital of innovation and advanced technology, and consolidating its position as a global destination for developing future technologies, especially in the fields related to security, safety, and smart systems.
This achievement is a new step in Dubai Police’s journey towards adopting revolutionary technologies and building an advanced work system capable of issuing innovative solutions that contribute to creating the future of police security at the global level.
