His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, issued a decision appointing Kamal Ishaq Al Mazmi as Undersecretary of the Department of Finance.
