"House of goodness" It spends 15.4 million dirhams to treat insolvent patients in 10 months

Dubai, November 17 / WAM / The “Beit Al Khair” Association announced a jump in spending on its pioneering community project “Talaj”, which reached 15 million and 433 thousand and 31 dirhams during the first ten months of 2025.

This comes within the framework of the association’s intensification of its charitable fundraising campaigns, with the aim of meeting the noticeable increase in the number of those seeking help from indigent patients in critical condition, who need surgeries or expensive treatments, especially those suffering from chronic and rare diseases, patients with heart, cancer, and kidney failure, and those in need of prosthetic devices.

The media platforms and dedicated campaigns formed a strong source of funding for the project, as the total amount spent by these platforms reached 10 million, 400 thousand and 757 dirhams until October 2025, from which 352 patients benefited.

The year 2025 witnessed the launch of two new radio programmes. The first was the “Haqq Ma’loum” program on Noor Dubai Radio, which spent 3 million and 253 thousand dirhams (110 patients), and the second was the “Mayadeen Al-Khair” program on the Holy Quran Radio, which spent two million and 876 thousand dirhams (100 patients).

The two new programs come in addition to existing initiatives, namely the “Zayed Al Khair” radio program (which spent 3.75 million dirhams for 120 patients), and the “Fazaa” electronic campaigns (which spent 513 thousand dirhams for 22 patients) during the same period.
