Washington hosts the second edition of the Saudi-American Investment Forum
Today, Washington, DC, hosts the second edition of the Saudi-American Investment Forum.
This comes, under the slogan "Driving for growth, strengthening the Saudi-American economic partnership"within the framework of investment cooperation based on a qualitative balance of renewed understandings and partnerships between the two countries.
Objectives of the Forum
The forum, organized by the Saudi Ministry of Investment, aims to enhance the prospects for economic cooperation between the two sides, transfer knowledge, localize technology, build promising industries, and provide job opportunities in the two countries, by combining investments that are based on Saudi ambitions and American innovations.
Senior government officials, decision makers, and CEOs from both countries are scheduled to participate. The two sides, in addition to prominent investors, entrepreneurs, innovators, and representatives of the public and private sectors.
The forum includes organizing dialogue sessions focusing on a number of key strategic sectors, including: artificial intelligence, energy, the financial sector, health care, defense and space, advanced manufacturing, and infrastructure.
The forum comes at a time when relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States today are on a growing path based on a strategic partnership and continuous coordination in political, economic and security files, and the roles Influential in regional and international affairs and issues of common interest, which contributes to supporting security, stability and prosperity for the two countries, the region and the world.
