India grants UAE citizens an entry visa upon arrival at 9 of its airports

The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi stated that UAE citizens holding ordinary passports who are not residents or working in the Republic of India can now obtain a visa on arrival, valid for double entry for a maximum stay of 60 days, for the purposes of trade, tourism, conferences and treatment, through nine of its designated international airports, namely Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi, as well as Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai, in addition to Ahmedabad, Kochi and Calicut.

The embassy explained on its website that Emirati citizens wishing to travel to the Republic of India are required to have a prior electronic entry visa or to be holders of a visa affixed to the passport before entering the Republic of India, regardless of whether the traveler has previously visited India or not, provided that the validity of the Emirati passport is not less than six months with a travel ticket to continue the journey or return.

The Emirati traveler must also carry a visa application form upon arrival in addition to the completed disembarkation card through the following link.
It should be noted that the visa on arrival fee is INR 2,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency per traveller, including children. The arrival visa enables a stay of up to 60 days or two visits within a period of 60 days upon obtaining a double entry permit valid for up to 60 days.
