The Saudi stock market index rose 0.2% at the start of trading on Thursday

The Saudi stock market index opened (TASI), trading today, Wednesday, with an increase of 0.2% at the level of 11,021 points, with trades amounting to 153.2 million riyals.
The amount of shares traded in morning trading amounted to about 6.2 million shares, while the market value reached 9.434 trillion riyals, according to "TadawulSaudi Arabia"
Shares of 141 companies rose.
Shares of 141 companies rose at the beginning of trading, while shares of 80 companies declined out of 262 companies listed on (TASI). The shares of Ma’aden, Gas, AMAC, SADAFCO, and Baazeem led the risers, while the shares of Al-Waha, Emaar, Taiba, Saudi Reconstruction, and Al-Tameer were the most declining.
The Parallel Market
The Parallel Market Index rose () at the beginning of trading by 0.3% at the level of 23,959 points, with trades amounting to 1.57 million riyals, 453 thousand shares traded, and a market value of 43 million riyals.
The beginning of the session witnessed an increase in the shares of 10 companies, compared to a decrease in 5 companies out of a total of 126 companies listed in the parallel market.
