The President of the State issues an Emiri Decree granting the rank of Head of a Department

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, issued an Emiri Decree granting Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan the rank of Head of a Department.
