7 artworks from the Islamic Arts Festival illuminate the House of Wisdom and the Technology Complex

Sharjah, November 23, WAM / Mohammed Ibrahim Al Qaseer, Director of the Department of Cultural Affairs at the Department of Culture, Director of the Islamic Arts Festival, inaugurated 7 works of art yesterday evening as part of the activities of the twenty-sixth session of the Islamic Arts Festival.
The opening was attended by Mohammed Ibrahim Al Qaseer, Director of the Cultural Affairs Department at the Sharjah Department of Culture, Director of the Festival, and Marwa Al Aqroubi, Executive Director of the House of Wisdom, along with a number of international artists, media figures, and followers of the artistic event.
The courtyards of the House of Wisdom hosted 4 artistic works: “The Abaya Pavilion” by the artist Aden Chan (LYH Studio) from Hong Kong, “Luminous Crossings: The Five Pillars” by the artist Romina Khanum from the United Kingdom, “Lighthouse” by the Emirati artist Salma Al Mansouri, and “Keep Your Eyes on the Light” by the Saudi artist Fatima Abdul Hadi.
While the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park hosted 3 artistic works: “Ashes and System” by Emirati artist Rawda Al Marzoui, “Circle of Light” by Kuwaiti artist Mahmoud Shaker, and “Repetition” by Iranian artist Nada Salmanpour.
The displayed artworks reflected the festival’s slogan “Siraj,” starting with the diversity of ideas and visions all the way to the final touches.
