Al-Ahly faces Al-Ittihad of Alexandria in the final of a basketball-related league
The Al-Ahly men’s basketball team will meet with Al-Ittihad of Alexandria, today, Monday, in the second leg of the Al-Mattala League final, in the match that will be held at the Zewail Hall in October.
The Al-Matazala match will be held at five in the evening, followed by the men’s match at 7:30 p.m. in the same hall to decide the Al-Mattala League champion for this season.
It was a first-leg match in the Mubazala Basketball League final between the Al-Ahly team. And Al-Ittihad of Alexandria, which was held at the Zewail Arena in 6th of October City, witnessed the victory of Al-Ittihad of Alexandria in the first confrontation after winning the match with a score of 75-66 in a match characterized by excitement and competition between the two sides until its final moments.
The Sporting team had clinched third place after the Al-Muttala team won over Smouha in the match to determine the third and fourth places, which was held at the Burj Al-Arab Hall in Alexandria.
