Umm Al Quwain Municipality plants 300 Ghaf trees

Umm Al Quwain, 24 November, WAM / The Umm Al Quwain Municipality Department organized “Afforestation Week” activities under the slogan “We Plant for Sustainability,” which includes planting ghaf trees in the “Science Garden,” in cooperation with the National Bank of Umm Al Quwain.

The event comes within the framework of supporting the country’s efforts to enhance environmental sustainability and expand the green area.

The week witnessed the planting of 300 Ghaf trees, with broad participation from various community groups, including bank and government department employees, school students, private sector representatives, and community volunteers.
