The US authorities announced that A tornadohit a residential area near Houston, causing damage to more than 100 homes, but no injuries were reported.

Photos published by the Harris County Police Office showed that the roofs of homes were damaged and debris was scattered on the roads, especially in the neighborhood "Memorial Northwest"
