Performance variation of The Egyptian Stock Exchange At the close of trading today, the market capitalization of Company shares listed on the stock exchange amounted to about (7) billion pounds, reaching the level of (2.843) trillion pounds.

This is amid total transactions amounting to about (213.8) billion pounds. The main index of the stock market (EGX 30) decreased by (0.45%), reaching the level of (39,725.26) points.

While the small and medium-sized stock index (EGX 70) decreased by (1.37%), reaching (12,212.71) points.

The declines included the broader (EGX 100) index, which declined by about (0.9%). To reach the level of (16200.84) points.
