Gargash calls on Al-Burhan to urgently agree to an immediate humanitarian truce

Dr. Anwar bin Muhammad Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to His Highness the President of the State, in a blog post on the “X” platform, called on the Sudanese Army Commander, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, to urgently agree to an immediate humanitarian truce.

Gargash wrote in the English-language blog post: “We call on Al-Burhan to urgently agree to an immediate humanitarian truce. The priority must be to protect civilians and open the way for humanitarian aid to reach all parts of Sudan.”
