Declare (Enforcement) Holding (72) real estate auctions during the period (1 – 15) next December, including the sale of (940) various assets between Residential, commercial and agricultural, distributed across various regions of the Kingdom.
The Riyadh region came in the lead with a total of (22) auctions offering (364) assets, while the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region came second with (11) auctions including (133) assets, followed by the Eastern Province with (9) auctions including (97) assets, then the Qassim region with (6) auctions for the sale of (112) assets.
Enforcement Auctions
In Medina (5) auctions will be held to display (37) assets, in Hail (4) auctions will be held to display (37) assets, in Asir (3) auctions will be held to display (61) assets, and in Jazan (3) auctions will be held to display (35) assets.
Two auctions will be held in each of Al-Jawf to display (11) assets, Najran to display (12) assets, Al-Baha to display (10) assets, the northern borders to display (27) assets, and finally one auction will be held in the Tabuk region to display (4) assets.
