المملكة: The Minister of Energy discusses ways to enhance technical cooperation with the Director of Atomic Energy
He met with His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Minister of Energy, in Riyadh, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Grossi.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance technical and technical cooperation, apply the highest international standards for nuclear safety and security, and discuss topics of common interest, developments in the National Atomic Energy Program, and what progress has been achieved in cooperation with the Agency.
The meeting comes within the framework of strengthening ongoing cooperation between the Kingdom and the Agency, which includes several areas, most notably the exchange of experiences and support of national capabilities in the field of nuclear and radiological energy to develop the nuclear infrastructure, in order to achieve the directions of this sector in diversifying the energy mix in accordance with Objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
