A royal heritage touch with a modern style:

Princess Rajwa’s dress was inspired by Jordanian heritage, with a modern design that balances simplicity and luxury. The dress features a V-neck at the neck, with harmonious white patterns, reflecting the precision in choosing the details. The princess accompanied the dress with an abaya of the same color, with a soft, flowing fabric, decorated with patterns in harmony with the main design, which gave the look a sense of harmony between all the elements of the clothing.

The sky blue color, chosen by the princess, reflects royal tranquility and adds a dimension of bright elegance. It also highlights the Jordanian tradition in choosing colors, away from excessive bright colors.

Accessories that sum up luxury:

To complete her look, Princess Rajwa coordinated the small “VLogo Signature Chain Wallet” bag from “Valentino” in silver, adding a modern and elegant touch without overshadowing the traditional design of the dress. These small accessories were a careful choice, reflecting good taste and the ability to mix classic and modern.

As for the aesthetics, the princess chose light makeup, based on natural shades, and a simple shine on the lips in a soft, earthy tone, with a half-up “wavy” hairstyle and wavy bangs, which gave the look a soft and bright character.

Queen Rania’s style inspiration:

It is no secret to fashion lovers that Princess Rajwa is inspired by the style of Queen Rania, who is famous for choosing her outfits from Jordanian designer Iman Al-Ahmad on official occasions. Over the past years, Queen Rania has appeared in royal heritage designs signed by Al-Ahmad, most notably the royal red dress and abaya this year at a special breakfast for the armed forces, in addition to a beige embroidered dress in celebration of International Women’s Day in 2022. These choices made Al-Ahmad one of the most prominent Jordanian designers, whose works reflect modern royal taste while preserving heritage.

Modest royal elegance…and contemporary:

Princess Rajwa’s appearance at the Diamond Jubilee evening was not just a fashion choice, but rather a message about adhering to Jordanian heritage while presenting it in a modern way suitable for official occasions. The choice of sky blue, delicate white patterns, and distinctive bags are all elements that make the look an example of modest royal elegance, capable of inspiring Jordanian and Arab women alike.

This choice also reflects the Princess’s keenness to support local designers and enhance the presence of Jordanian fashion at the global level, in line with Queen Rania’s style, which balances sophistication, heritage, and modernity.

Jordanian designer Iman Al-Ahmad…an inspiring success story:

Designer Iman Al-Ahmad began her career by accident in 2006, when she was designing for herself, her family and friends. Her love for cutting, detailing, and fine materials prompted her to expand the scope of her work. To include clients outside her well-known circle, focusing on designing armor and formal clothes.

Later, Al-Ahmad decided to hone her talent by studying at the Borgo Milan Institute. To combine talent and scientific experience, with a focus on luxurious materials, such as: silk and linen, which she used in her latest collection for Ramadan 2019.

The Jordanian designer has displayed her work in local and international exhibitions, including: Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia, in addition to the British capital, London, which has strengthened her international presence and her ambition to make the Arab caftan a global symbol of contemporary elegance.
