South Korea launches its fourth space rocket

Yesterday, South Korea confirmed the successful launch of its locally manufactured space rocket, “Nori,” from the Naro Space Center, where the main unit of the 13 satellites loaded on it made contact with the King Sejong Station in Antarctica.
The Korean Yonhap News Agency reported that the “Nori” missile, which weighs 200 tons, was launched from the launch center in the coastal village of Goheung in the south of the country, 473 kilometers south of Seoul. Korean Science Minister Bae Kyung-hoon said, during a press conference at the center, that the fourth launch of the “Nori” missile was successful, stressing that all satellites had been placed in orbit.
