“Tenders”: 23 thousand dinars for the maintenance of the House of Representatives buildings

The Tenders and Auctions Board opened the bids for 8 public tenders, for which 77 different bids were submitted, including a general maintenance tender for the House of Representatives buildings, for which 14 companies competed, and the lowest bid amounted to 23 thousand dinars.

In another tender for the Bahrain International Circuit, it wishes to provide waste management and cleaning services at its properties located in the Sakhir region. She indicated that the scope of work includes cleaning services for buildings, external areas, car parks, awnings and all other areas surrounding the Bahrain International Circuit, the Bahrain International Karting Circuit, the McLaren Building and the Dana Theater, where it received 5 bids, the least of which amounted to 2.6 million dinars.

On the other hand, Bapco Energy Company requires facilities management and minor maintenance services for its offices extending over seven floors in the Bahrain Financial Harbour.

She indicated that the contract extends for four years, and includes civil and electrical works, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, pest control, and landscaping, in addition to specialized services, as it obtained 10 bids, the least of which amounted to 260 thousand dinars.

For its part, the Urban Planning and Development Authority issued a tender to provide 9 cleaners, messengers and drivers for a period of 3 years, in addition to providing the necessary cleaning tools and materials according to the specifications required in the tender documents. It received 15 bids, the least of which amounted to more than 81 thousand dinars.

For its part, Al Dana Theater wants to appoint a qualified media agency contractor to supply, install, operate and maintain an outdoor digital LED screen on Janabiyah Street. It received 6 bids, the least of which was 55 thousand dinars.

In turn, the Department of Public Services and Central Warehouses intends to supply electrical equipment, as it received 5 bids, the least of which was 37 thousand dinars. For its part, the House of Representatives issued a tender through which it wanted general maintenance of the buildings, stipulating the provision of qualified technicians and specialists in electricity and water plumbing, and carrying out general maintenance and periodic and preventive maintenance for all the House of Representatives buildings. The House received 14 bids, the least of which amounted to 23 thousand dinars.

In turn, the General Authority for Social Insurance wants to clean the main offices of the authority and its branches for a year, and provide 12 employees from Saturday to Thursday weekly, as it received 11 bids, the least of which amounted to 27 thousand dinars.

For its part, the Ministry of Transport and Communications launched a tender aiming to improve the quality of public transport services and improve the user experience, as it wants to provide cleaning services for public transport bus stops and the Salmaniya station to change lines, and it received 11 bids, the least of which amounted to more than a thousand dinars.
