“Real Estate Registration” and “Digital Sharjah” enhance the efficiency of developers digitally

The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, in cooperation with the Sharjah Digital Department, organized a specialized workshop to train real estate developers on the services of the “Aqari” platform, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the real estate sector and promote digital transformation in the emirate.

The workshop focused on enhancing the digital real estate culture in the Emirate of Sharjah and introducing real estate developers to the latest electronic services available to them through the “Aqari” platform, in addition to training them to use them efficiently in a way that contributes to developing the real estate business system, simplifying its procedures and raising its level of efficiency.

The workshop, which was held at the headquarters of the Real Estate Registration Department, witnessed the participation of more than 60 people from various categories of workers in the real estate sector, during which the mechanisms for using the platform and the services it provides were reviewed in a way that contributes to facilitating procedures, shortening time and effort, and improving the user experience, in support of the growth of the sector and enhancing its competitiveness.

Obaid Al Mazloum, Director of the Real Estate Projects Regulation Department at the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, explained that organizing this workshop comes within the framework of the Department’s keenness to support the real estate sector as it is one of the vital pillars of the emirate’s economy, noting that enabling real estate developers to use modern digital solutions contributes to raising performance efficiency and enhancing the investment environment.
