"Ajman Economic" It promotes its digital services through an interactive platform in "City Center"
Ajman, November 28, 2017 – The Department of Economic Development in Ajman intends to launch its promotional platform, to introduce the public to its qualitative digital services that contribute to strengthening the emirate’s efforts towards “zeroing government bureaucracy,” through an interactive platform at City Center Ajman from 4 to 6 December.
The initiative comes as part of the department’s efforts to educate the public about its government services. The platform provides visitors with the opportunity to learn about and directly experience the most prominent services provided by Ajman Economy through the “Ajman One” application and other smart communication channels, which include renewing commercial licenses through the Ajman One application, rapid renewal via SMS, the “We Monitor Together” service for submitting suggestions and reports via the website or WhatsApp, the consumer protection complaints service via WhatsApp, the fines payment service via the Ajman One application, account statements and application status inquiry services via the application. In addition to presenting the department’s initiatives in automating the procedures for incorporation contracts using Agentic AI technologies.
There will be a specialized team on the platform to receive and guide the public, explain the mechanism of using digital services, in addition to answering inquiries and providing direct support to enhance the adoption of smart services instead of traditional transactions.
The department holds competitions and raffles at the end of the first and closing days with valuable prizes for participating platform visitors, with the aim of encouraging community participation and motivating the public to visit the platform, making the experience more interactive and enjoyable for all groups.
The department invited community members, entrepreneurs, and those looking for easy and quick services to visit the platform to learn about the latest digital solutions that contribute to facilitating the service journey and enhancing the efficiency of the economic system in the emirate.
