"Dubai culture and arts" Martyr’s Day embodies the values of loyalty to the heroism of the nation’s martyrs

Dubai, November 29 / WAM / Hala Badri, Director General of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, confirmed that Martyr’s Day embodies the values of loyalty to the heroism of the nation’s martyrs who shed their blood in defense of the state’s security and unity.
She said: “This day represents a message of gratitude to the martyrs who provided distinguished national models and made their sacrifices an symbol of loyalty and belonging. On it, we remember their heroism and draw inspiration from their honorable stances on the values of sacrifice, giving, and sincerity in serving the Emirates, so that they may immortalize with their heroism the most beautiful images of dedication and sincerity so that the Emirates will always remain strong with its children, proud of its values, and steadily proceeding on the path of development and construction.”
She added: “On this day, we stand in reverence for the souls of the martyrs who were a source of pride for all the people of the state, as they contributed to strengthening the unity of society, and established in our souls the values of responsibility and loyalty to the wise leadership,” and indicated that their legacy will remain a beacon that guides future generations to keep the nation’s flag flying high.
