Ahmed bin Humaid: Our martyrs are role models from which our children derive the values of manhood and loyalty
Ajman, 30 November / WAM / Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, said that Martyr’s Day is a solemn national occasion, in which we stand in reverence and honor before the sacrifices of men who were true to what they pledged, and wrote with their pure blood bright pages of glory and eternity in the nation’s memory.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, in a speech on the occasion of Martyr’s Day, affirmed that our honorable martyrs embodied the highest meanings of courage and selflessness, and provided the highest example of loyalty and sacrifice for the sake of the nation, and they will remain a role model from which our children derive the values of manhood and loyalty.
He pointed out that the development process pursued by the UAE derives its determination from the sacrifice of those heroes who sacrificed their lives, so that the nation remains proud and exalted, indicating that the security and stability we enjoy today was the result of those great sacrifices, which created a solid reality of reassurance and prosperity.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi explained that the families of the martyrs have a special place in the heart of the nation, as they are people of pride and bearers of the banner of patience, and they have presented to the world shining examples of steadfastness and faith. Their giving was an extension of the giving of their children, who embodied the highest meanings of bravery and sacrifice.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid concluded his speech by saying: “We ask God Almighty to preserve our state, our leadership, and our people, and to perpetuate upon us the blessing of security and security, and to rest our righteous martyrs with His vast mercy. They are a symbol of glory and pride, and the crown of pride that adorns the nation. Their memory will remain immortal in our hearts, and their banner raised in the sky of glory and eternity.”
