Abu Dhabi, November 30 / WAM / The Emirates Britain team was crowned champion of the fifth season of the Seal GP Rolex 2025 races, after collecting 90 points. The New Zealand Black Foils team came in second place with 84 points, and the Australian Ponds Flying Ross team came in third place.
The Danish Rokol Racing team achieved the highest points in the final round of the SailGP races during the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Grand Prix sailing competitions, which were organized by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council at Mina Zayed, opposite the waterfront of the Abu Dhabi Corniche, over two days and concluded today, with the participation of 12 international teams aboard high-performance F50 sailing boats, which reach speeds exceeding 100 kilometers per hour. The Italian Red Bull team came in second place, and the French team came in third.
The winners were crowned by Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, President of the Emirates Modern Sailing and Rowing Federation, Sheikh Hamdan bin Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Director of the International Events Department at the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, His Excellency Humaid Abdullah Al Shammari, Executive Vice President of the Group and CEO of Corporate Affairs and Human Resources at Mubadala, and His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Assistant Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
