a play "Marwad" It wins the award for the best theatrical script at the Al-Din International Festival in Muscat

Muscat, 1st December / WAM / The play “Marwad”, by the Emirati writer Mohammed Saeed Al-Dhanhani, won the award for the best theatrical script at the Al-Din International Theater Festival in Muscat, in appreciation of the elaborate dramatic structure that characterized the text, and the human dimensions it carried and the high theatrical language that enhanced the presence of the work on stage.
The show embodied an integrated artistic vision, which was reflected in the opinions of the jury and the audience, as it combined the strength of the idea, the fluidity of the narrative, and the cohesion of the characters, to form a qualitative addition to the Emirati and Arab theatrical scene.
The artist Adhari Al-Suwaidi also won the award for Best Actress in a Second Role for her outstanding performance in the play, while the artist Adel Sabet won the Award for Best Actor in a Second Role after a strong performance that demonstrated his ability to embody the character with remarkable depth and presence.
The jury confirmed that Marwad’s text stood out among the participating works thanks to its artistic sensitivity and human depth, as well as its ability to evoke the environment of the place and the movement of the characters in a manner consistent with the spirit of contemporary theatre.
