"Your support" Union Day elevates the values of loyalty, belonging, interconnectedness and cohesion
ABU DHABI, 1st December / WAM / Fayza Al-Awadhi, CEO and Managing Director of the Banking and Insurance Disputes Settlement Unit “SANDIC”, confirmed that the 54th Union Day represents a national occasion that elevates the values of loyalty, belonging, interdependence and cohesion, and embodies a bright milestone in the journey of the UAE, as it is the day on which the first pillars of the Union were laid by the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God bless him. His legacy, and his brothers, the rulers of the Emirates, who united the vision and founded a country that has charted its development path to be one of the most developed, stable and advanced countries under our wise leadership, led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him,” and his brothers, Their Highnesses the rulers of the Emirates, which continues in the same way to consolidate the principles and values of the Union, so that we can see its successive fruits and achievements.
Al-Awadhi said in her statement that December 2, 1971 was not just the date of the establishment of the union of our beloved country, but rather it was the beginning of the strongest, most competitive and advanced economies in the world, and in unity, we extend our highest congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership of the UAE, and the sons and daughters of the nation, asking God Almighty to perpetuate the UAE’s prosperity, stability and progress.
