المملكة: Social Insurance… documents for pension disbursement to members of the beneficiary’s family

The General Authority for Social Insurance has specified the documents that family members who meet the payment conditions must submit.
According to what was stated in the question guide, the documents are as follows:
- Process model Compensations can be downloaded by visiting the forms page .
- Death certificate Contributoror an official document accepted by the institution specifying the date of death.
- An official certified document listing the beneficiaries and their ages.
- The marriage contract of the widow or widows of the participant or any official document indicating that.
- The document stating that the participant was supporting the applicant, and this is not a requirement for the widow, sons, and daughters.
- A document confirming the enrollment of children/siblings/grandchildren who are over the age of twenty-one in school. This document is renewed annually until the end of school or the age of twenty-six, whichever comes first .
- Submit medical reports proving their inability to earn if they are unable to present them to the competent medical committee.
- A document proving that the widower/father/grandfather has reached the age of sixty or older and is not working. However, if he is less than that year old, it is necessary to submit a medical certificate stating that he is unable to earn to be presented to the competent medical committee.
- Providing the institution with the bank account number to which it wishes to transfer the pension.
- Personal proofs for eligible heirs (national ID/family card)
Family members are also obligated to submit the annual declaration on the specified dates for non-Saudi heirs.
Optional subscription to social insurance
The Saudi Social Insuranceoptional subscription to the pensions branch for Saudis from several categories.
The optional subscriber is the Saudi who is not affiliated with government or private entities and is voluntarily registered in the pensions branch of the social insurance system.
The social insurance system has specified a number of categories that are entitled to participate as follows:
- Workers in the liberal professions, on the condition of obtaining a license to practice the profession from the authorities.
- Craftsmen who practice their crafts for themselves or in partnership with others based on a license issued by the competent authorities, such as blacksmiths, carpenters, plumbers, and the like.
- Workers outside the Kingdom who are not linked to a work relationship with an employer with a head office inside the Kingdom.
- Saudis who work in foreign international, political and military missions in the Kingdom who are not subject to the system compulsory and in this case are treated as the categories stipulated in Paragraph 4 of Article 4 of the system.
- Contributors whose compulsory contribution to the pension branch has ceased and no longer meet the conditions stipulated in the system.
