Preventing plays, parties and weddings during Eid al-Fitr until further notice

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced that it was decided to prevent the holding of plays, parties and weddings during the blessed Eid al-Fitr period until further notice as a precautionary measure aimed at reducing large gatherings and enhancing security and safety requirements at this stage.

The Ministry of Interior called on everyone to fully adhere to these instructions and cooperate with the competent authorities, stressing that violating these procedures will expose their perpetrators to legal accountability, calling on everyone to exercise national responsibility and give priority to the public interest in order to preserve the country’s security and stability.
