The President of the State receives the founder and CEO of Amazon

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received Jeff Bezos, founder and executive chairman of Amazon.

The meeting, which took place at the Beach Palace in Abu Dhabi, touched on the importance of enhancing cooperation and building partnerships in the fields of innovation, advanced technology, and artificial intelligence, and employing them in vital sectors, especially education, health, the economy, and others, for the benefit of development, improving the quality of life, and serving humanity, progress, and prosperity.

The founder and CEO of Amazon praised the UAE’s vision and approach to adopting future technology and employing it to serve humanity and development.

The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority, and a number of officials.
