Within 3 months…more than 540 billion riyals, the volume of the Kingdom’s international trade

Record the total size of International trade for the Kingdom during the third quarter of 2025 amounted to about 540.5 billion riyals, achieving an annual growth of 8.6%, equivalent to 43 billion riyals, compared to the same period in 2024, which amounted to 497.5 billion riyals, according to data from the General Authority for Statistics in its international trade bulletin for the third quarter of the current year.
Merchandise exports represented 56.1% of the total, with a value of National non-petroleum exports excluding re Export About 57 billion riyals, representing 18.8% of total merchandise exports, with an annual decrease of 0.4%, with a value of 0.2 billion riyals.
In addition to a quarterly growth of 3.1%, equivalent to 1.7 billion riyals, compared to the second quarter of the same year.
Petroleum exports also recorded 207.8 billion riyals, equivalent to 68.5% of total exports.
While Re-exported goods witnessed a significant increase on an annual basis by 69.6%, an increase of 15.8 billion riyals to reach 38.5 billion riyals, representing 12.7% of total exports. It also grew quarterly by 17.4%, amounting to 5.7 billion riyals. 217.4 billion riyals, followed by European countries by 14.8%, with a value of 44.7 billion riyals, then African countries with 7.4%, with a value of 22.4 billion riyals, while the share of the American countries reached 6%, with a value of 18.3 billion riyals.
China also maintained first place among the countries importing Saudi exports, with a rate of 14.9%, with a value of 45.2 billion riyals, followed by the United Arab Emirates, with a rate of 10.8%, with a value of 10.8 billion riyals. 32.7 billion riyals, then India by 9.5% and a value of 29 billion riyals.
With regard to the movement of non-oil exports, including re-exports, these exports passed through 34 land, sea and air customs ports with a total value of 95.5 billion riyals, led by King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah with a value of 17.3 billion riyals, followed by Jeddah Islamic Port with a value of 10.8 billion riyals.
