The launch of the fourteenth season of the Suburbs Festival in Sharjah
Sharjah, December 6, 2017 – The activities of the Suburbs Festival, in its fourteenth season, were launched yesterday evening at the “Al-Qarayen 5” Park in the Muwailih suburb, amid a large presence of residents and families and wide participation from community institutions.
The festival is one of the most prominent annual events in the Emirate of Sharjah and embodies the emirate’s vision of enhancing the quality of life and providing a rich family environment that combines entertainment, education and community interaction.
The festival continues until December 29 and provides an integrated community experience and a safe entertainment destination that attracts visitors from different regions and strengthens ties between community members through carefully designed activities for different age groups.
The festival’s programs include mobile visual artistic performances, exhibitions, educational programs, sports and interactive activities, in addition to a group of training workshops and social initiatives that highlight the extent of diversity in this year’s program.
