“Marafiq”: concluding an amicable settlement with “Saudi Aramco” in the amount of 70 million riyals

Jubail and Yanbu Electricity and Water Utilities Company (Marafiq) announced that it had reached an amicable settlement with Saudi Aramco regarding the supply of heavy fuel oil to the company’s station in "Yanbu 2"

According to Ali’s statement "Saudi Arabia trading"Today, Monday, this settlement results in "Saudi Aramco" By paying a financial sum of approximately 70 million riyals.

The settlement also results in lifting the obligation from Marafiq Company to pay some costs related to handling fees, operation and maintenance fees, and leasing fees for some facilities for varying periods in an amount not exceeding approximately 15 million riyals annually until 2033.
