His Highness said in a tweet on his official account on the “X” platform: “I chaired the Executive Council meeting, during which we adopted the new vision for developing citizen housing areas, and the digital flexibility policy that enhances Dubai’s digital leadership with proactive plans and an integrated work system, in addition to the Executive Council’s agenda for 2026, which reflects the priorities and objectives of the Dubai 2033 Plan, with its economic and social agendas and supporting plans.”

His Highness added: “The directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to us personally and to all work teams are clear. The well-being of the citizen and his family is the foundation on which Dubai’s plans for the future are built, and we want the citizen housing areas to be vibrant neighborhoods, rich in green spaces, community facilities, and comprehensive services that improve the quality of life.”
