The Red Sea Cinema enhances its global presence with exclusive screenings and qualitative honors
Red Sea International Film Festival 2025, held under the slogan "In love with cinema" During the period from December 4 to 13, with the remarkable participation of the most prominent local and international stars and filmmakers, continuing to strengthen its presence as a major platform to support The film industry in the region.
The festival offers cinema audiences a special screening of international films "Kill Bill: The Complete Blood Affair" By American director Quentin Tarantino, in his first showing in the Middle East and North Africa region, on December 12 in Culture Square in Historic Jeddah, coinciding with its release in more than 1,000 cinemas throughout the United States of America.
This screening comes within the festival’s direction to embrace prominent cinematic works and provide quality viewing experiences that reflect its growing international stature.
Honoring the Indian star Rekha
as witnessed by Festival Events Honoring the distinguished Indian star Rekha in a rare appearance, in recognition of her long artistic career and her influential contributions to the Indian film industry, as she received her honor from the CEO of the Red Sea Film Foundation, Faisal Baltoor, in the presence of a number of international film leaders.
The honor came ahead of the international premiere of the restored version of her classic film "Umrao jan"shown in section "Treasures of the Red Sea" Which celebrates immortal works in the history of world cinema.
