“Jabal Omar”: Transferring the contract to sell a plot of land in Mecca worth 1.16 billion riyals
Company announced "Jabal Omar Development"Today, Thursday, the contract for the sale of a plot of land in its project located in the Holy City of Mecca was transferred – based on the buyer’s request – from Azhar Company to Azhar Gateway Company, which was established through Al Rajhi Capital for the purpose of completing the acquisition of the land by a private real estate fund.
It is noteworthy that Jabal Omar announced the location of "Saudi Arabia trading" On March 30, 2025, a contract for the sale of a plot of land with an area of 6,001 square meters was signed with Azhar Company for a value of 1,140,190,000 riyals, in addition to the buyer bearing the real estate transaction tax and pursuit fees.
A contract addendum was signed that includes amending the sale price from 1,140,190,000 riyals to 1,161,193,500 riyals, in exchange for extending the implementation period of the sale contract deal. According to the request of Azhar Company.
