المملكة: Saturday weather in Saudi Arabia: rain, hail showers, and fog in 12 regions

Meteorology reported in its statement that precipitation would continue to be expected accompanied by hail showers and active winds causing dust and dust in parts of the Riyadh and Eastern regions, as well as in parts of the Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, extending to the southern parts of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.

It is not ruled out that light rain will fall on parts of the northern border areas, Al-Jawf, and Tabuk.

Two cases

Red Sea

  • Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 15-38 km/h over the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to northwesterly at a speed of 15-35 km/h reaching 50 km/h with the formation of rain thunderclouds over the southern part.
  • Wave height: from half a meter to a metre. And a half, reaching above two meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.
  • Sea state: light to moderate waves reaching wavy with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.

Arabian Gulf

  • Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 12-35 km/h reaching more than 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds.
  • Height Waves: from half a meter to one and a half metres, reaching a height of two and a half meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds.
  • Sea state: light to medium waves reaching wavy with the formation of rainy thunderclouds.
