Heavy and moderate rain fell on various areas in Fujairah, and valleys and reefs flowed
Fujairah, December 15 / WAM / Today, the Emirate of Fujairah and its affiliated areas witnessed scattered rainfall, ranging from heavy to moderate, in the areas of Murbah, Masafi, Al Farfar, and the city of central Fujairah, accompanied by a noticeable drop in temperatures, and a general impact on the weather condition that the country is witnessing as a result of the passage of an active air depression.
The heavy rains caused a number of valleys and reefs in the mountainous areas to flow, creating a distinctive natural scene, while the competent authorities called on drivers to exercise caution and stay away from the valley streams in order to preserve public safety.
The Fujairah government’s emergency teams continue to monitor the weather situation and deal quickly with reports, to ensure the smooth flow of movement and limit the effects associated with the rain.
