Construction work begins on the “Avenue Residence 7 Nabni” project, affiliated with Nabni Real Estate Development Company, in the Al Furjan area, Dubai.

Nabni Real Estate Development Company announced the start of construction work on the Nabni Avenue Residence 7 project, its latest luxury residential project in the Al Furjan area, one of the fastest growing residential areas in Dubai.
This project represents the latest addition to Nebny’s series of residential buildings, Avenue, and is its new flagship project, designed to be a model of upscale urban living with a modern and elegant character that includes subtle Emirati design touches. The project joins the Avenue 1–6 buildings, bringing the total investment value in Al Furjan to 800 million dirhams.
The Nabni Avenue Residence 7 project is scheduled to be delivered by Nabni Real Estate Development in August 2027. The building consists of 12 floors (ground + utility podium + 10 floors), and includes 166 one-, two- and three-bedroom residential units, ranging in size from 950 to 2,050 square feet, to be the largest in the region.
The project’s design is based on a simple Art Deco style, with architectural elements inspired by traditional Emirati homes. The bright interiors feature high-quality Italian materials and fixtures, along with luxury European kitchen appliances. Smart home technologies integrate with the luxury residential experience, and the project also provides a range of facilities that suit the lifestyle of young people and families, including separate swimming pools for adults and children, a gym equipped by Technogym, a residents’ lounge, a garden with ghaf trees, a children’s play area, a jogging track, and a barbecue area.
