She said Sherine, through her account on the website "Facebook": "My beloved, dear audience in the Arab world, I am fine, thank God, and in my home, and all the talk that is being promoted on social media pages about the deterioration of my health condition is untrue, and legal measures are being taken against the spreaders of these ridiculous rumours."
The crisis of Sherine and her brother
In the same context, family disputes between Sherine and her brother, Mohamed Abdel-Wahab, emerged again, after a period of calm, against the backdrop of legal developments that brought the conflict back to the courts and social media sites.
The issuance of a decision to arrest and bring Mohamed Abdel-Wahab sparked a state of controversy, after he was accused of assaulting his sister and destroying the contents of her house, in addition to insulting and defaming, while he denied these accusations.
