A “multi-tower” city in Dubai, worth 30 billion dirhams

Binghatti Real Estate Company announced the renewal of its cooperation with the Mercedes-Benz brand, through the launch of the “Mercedes-Benz Residences – Binghatti City” project, which constitutes the first integrated urban city in the company’s history with an investment value of 30 billion dirhams, while the official launch of the project is scheduled to take place on January 14, 2026.

Binghatti Properties stated that the launch of this project comes as an extension of the success achieved by the first partnership, noting that the new city extends over an area of approximately 10 million square feet in the “Meydan” area, to be one of the largest urban projects in Dubai, as it is being developed according to a comprehensive master plan based on the establishment of a multi-tower city, adopting the design identity of “Mercedes-Benz”, and operating within an integrated urban system that combines high-end housing, advanced means of transportation, and modern community structure within one urban framework.

According to Binghatti Properties, the project is based on the concept of a “city within a city,” where the components of daily life are integrated within an interconnected urban environment that allows ease of movement and multiple experiences, while the plan has been developed to present an urban model that combines a modern lifestyle with cultural, recreational and commercial facilities, in addition to green spaces and vital corridors.

The company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mohammed Bin Ghatti, stressed that “the renewal of cooperation with Mercedes-Benz reflects a common vision based on excellence, innovation and quality design.”

For his part, Matthias Jessen, member of the Board of Directors responsible for marketing and sales at Mercedes-Benz, said: “Providing exceptional experiences for customers represents a cornerstone of the Mercedes-Benz approach,” pointing out that the new project enhances this approach by elevating the housing experience to a level that establishes a deeper relationship between humans and their built environment.

He added, “The project embodies the brand’s ability to develop residential destinations that give a true sense of belonging and provide an environment that one can consider a home with all the meanings and details that the concept carries.”
