270 shooters participate in the UAE Open Shooting Cup "Sakton" For the Gulf countries
Al Ain, December 21 / WAM / The organizing committee of the Emirates Open Saktoon Shooting Cup competitions for citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries announced the participation of 270 shooters in the men’s category qualifiers today at the Al Ain Equestrian and Shooting Club.
The committee confirmed in a statement that the men’s category qualifiers will continue until December 23, to select the top 30 results from the total number of participants to qualify for the finals scheduled for December 24.
She explained that the championship competitions, organized by the Weapons and Dangerous Materials Office, for the men’s and women’s categories, witnessed distinguished levels with competitive numbers after its launch yesterday in the women’s category, amid strong competition from male and female shooters in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
