San Francisco.. Electricity has been restored to most residents

Electric power to most of those affected by the outage in San Francisco of America, after it was cut off on Saturday night for 130,000 subscribers.
The main electricity company in the city announced "Pacific Gas & Electric"At 07:30 (15:00 GMT), power was restored to about 110,000 homes.
Earlier, local authorities asked residents to stay in their homes, and some traffic lights stopped working, and movement on public transportation was disrupted.
Local official Daniel Lory said that traffic police officers were deployed on the roads to compensate for the interruption of traffic lights.
The reason for this outage was due to a fire in an energy substation, according to Lory.
