“Saudi German Health” establishes two companies and appoints a new CEO


Yesterday, the Board of Directors of the Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Healthcare) approved the establishment of two limited liability companies wholly owned by the company.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The first company is: Saudi German Pharmaceutical Company (Saudi German Pharmacies) with limited liability with a capital of 100 thousand riyals, working in the field of operating and managing pharmacies and selling and distributing medicines and medical supplies.

She added that the second company is: Saudi German Health Care and Medical Services Company, limited liability with a capital of one million riyals, working in the field of providing health care services and supportive and operational health services in accordance with the approved systems.

According to the company, this step aims to support the company’s strategy. Expansion, enhancing operational efficiency, and diversifying sources of income.

She noted that the necessary regulatory procedures for establishing the two companies have been completed with the competent authorities, and there is no significant financial impact expected at the present time, and any fundamental developments will be announced later in accordance with the relevant regulations.

The Board of Directors of the Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Healthcare) approved, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, the appointment of Dr. Nizar Muhammad Sultan Bahbari as CEO effective from the date 07/12/1447 AH, corresponding to 01/01/2026 AD, replacing Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Shibl Al-Atris.

The Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Healthcare) announced the appointment of Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Shibl Al-Atris as a non-executive advisor to the company, so that his last working day as CEO of the group will be on 07/11/1447 AH, corresponding to 12/31/2025 AD.
