The UAE Government Media Office, the organizing body for the summit, provided a golden opportunity for the public to vote on the films, which were chosen by an international committee, which includes international experts, consultants, and content makers. Voting will continue from December 21 to 25, via the link: https://aifilm.1billionsummit.com; In preparation for revealing the winners, during the summit activities, which will be held from January 9 to 11, 2026, under the slogan “Purposeful Content,” its activities are distributed among: the Dubai Financial Center, the Emirates Towers, and the Museum of the Future.
The final films were chosen from among approximately 3,500 films submitted for the award from 116 countries, reflecting the great global momentum and interaction that reached 30,000 applications. The judging panel included an elite group of creatives, including: Dan Jermaine, Executive Creative Director at Google Studios in London, Ali Ali, filmmaker and co-founder of Good People, Christian Haas, Executive Creative Director at YouTube, Piotr Dabkowski, co-founder and CTO of Eleven Labs, and Marina Mogielko, known as “Silicon Valley Girl,” an entrepreneur, content creator, and podcast host, with more than 18 followers.
