“Red Sea International” signs a services contract for the Trogena NEOM project for 202.8 million riyals
Today, Red Sea International Company signed a contract with Webuild S.p.A. to provide integrated facilities management services (operation and maintenance) for the Trogena (NEOM) project.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"It includes the operation and maintenance of the main camp and the secondary camp in accordance with the requirements of the welfare of NEOM workers and the regulations in force in the Kingdom.
She said that the value of the contract is estimated at 202.8 million riyals, while the duration of the contract is two years.
She added that the details of the contract include: integrated facilities management / operation and maintenance of camp operations, which includes: housing and cleaning, catering and food, security and access control, information technology/communications, and maintenance of facilities (mechanical and electrical). Plumbing/civil works/roads/landscape), waste management and recycling, recreation facilities, public services (water/electricity/sewer/gas), fire safety and emergency response, administration/help desk, and support services (e.g. pest control, training, quality assurance).
The financial impact is expected to begin from the first quarter of 2026.
